We came together with our Silverpoint Court Residential Care Home residents for some strength and balance exercises to help get their muscles working.
Everyone tried very hard and we helped those who had any difficulty in doing any specific exercise.
Afterwards, we had fun with balloon games including throw and catch and basketball.
All great fun and good exercise all round!
