On Wednesday 16 November, we had lots of fun and laughter during our exercise session here at Silverpoint Court Residential Care Home.
We added extra movements, including hitting the dance floor for a spot of dancing and some games of batting balloons, to work our upper bodies and arms.
Great fun!
