Vera enjoyed celebrating her 90th birthday with us at Silverpoint Court Residential Care Home on Tuesday 9 May.
We brought France to Vera for her birthday as it was one of her favourite places when she was younger.
We played French music and decorated our dining room with French flags. Vera spent a lot of time in the Louvre art gallery, so we also put lots of pictures everywhere, so she could reminisce.
Our birthday girl said she’d had a lovely birthday – many happy returns of the day Vera!
