Our lovely gents Tommy and Ted enjoyed helping prepare for our lunchtime service this week here at Silverpoint Court Residential Care Home.
They got to work topping up the vinegar and folding napkins between them.
Being involved with the running of their Home helps keep hands and minds busy and we thanked them for all their assistance.
We have found these ‘Helping Hands’ activities of great value to our residents, as they promote feelings of happiness that they are being useful, and makes them feel wanted and needed which is incredibly important.
