Julie from our Recreation and Well-Being Team here at Silverpoint Court Residential Care Home has recently spent time putting together special Jubilee books to give out to each of our residents.
The books are packed with photos and information about the Queen and her family, with a jubilee pen and union Jack ribbon attached; she plans to present them to our ladies and gents over the Jubilee weekend.
