Staff and residents at Silverpoint Court Residential Care Home in Canvey Island made poignant tributes to our fallen heroes with a tasteful display of black and white photographs and poppies.
We decorated the Home with poppy wreaths and garlands, and we had special wooden crosses and candles to remember lost loved ones.
