Thank you Hugh Christie School
Our residents at Silverpoint Court Residential Care Home were delighted to receive a bundle of cards from a group of Health and Social Care students at Hugh Christie School in Tonbridge for Halloween.
We decided to make and send Christmas cards back to them – a bit early but more time to enjoy!
Our residents chose the cut outs they wanted to use for their cards, using glitter glues and festive images to decorate. We wrote direct messages for the children, in reply to their messages in the cards we received from them.
This was a great activity and many of our residents took pleasure in hearing about the students’ lives – especially their pets and ambitions.
