We hosted our regular ‘Move it or Lose it’ class this week at Silverpoint Court Residential Care Home, which is always so popular.
This was followed by a dancing session. Our residents have all learned the moves to YMCA, Blame it on the Boogie and the Macarena and they are all amazing!
Our staff always enjoy joining in too – we love seeing so many smiles throughout our Home.
