Our residents at Silverpoint Court Residential Care Home are really enjoying our ‘Move It or Lose It’ sessions and are now starting to learn new songs and routines.
Their movements are fantastic, and always with a smile, as we took requests of music and had a dance and sing along.
Great fun and great exercise!
