On Thursday 3 August at Silverpoint Court Residential Care Home, residents had a fun game of balloon tennis with our Recreation and Well-Being Champion Sharon. Sylvia, Jean, Ella, Joyce, Rose and Ivy all took part and listened to music too.
After a much-needed break for refreshments, Sharon visited a few residents in their rooms to play card games. Beryl enjoyed playing Snap! – especially when she slapped Sharon’s hand instead of the cards!
Sharon set up the table for Adrienne so that she could play solitaire. Adrienne really likes playing this game as she said it kept her mind active.
Having a nice chat with with Eileen in her room, they chatted about her wedding, where she lived and having parents-in-law living with her.
