For Father’s Day we put on a cheese and wine afternoon for our gentlemen here at Silverpoint Court Residential Care Home.
Each of them received a Father’s Day card and chocolates, and we listened to some rock and roll music. We also played some darts and air hockey and everyone really enjoyed themselves!
For those who wished to stay in their rooms, we brought the cheese, biscuits and wine to them and had a little chat so they could still join in the fun.
Our residents have also also been keeping a keen eye on our garden, watering the veggies and plants – and thank you to Ella and Sheila for keeping the feed topped up for our visiting feathered friends!
