On Thursday 20 July our residents enjoyed some flower arranging together at Silverpoint Court Residential Care Home.
It was fun to talk about the work we’d done out in our back garden and what flowers we all enjoyed – red roses came out as our top choice.
We are also starting our own little inside herb garden for our residents to nurture indoors if they prefer not going in the garden so much; this way they don’t miss out. They will need watering and of course plants like to be talked to!
We have really enjoyed planting the herbs and will keep you updated with how they’re getting on.
