Brilliant bats!
Last week we had a fun time crafting some bats ready for Halloween here at Silverpoint Court Residential Care Home.
Our ladies created their bats out of a choice of silver, gold and black coloured card – adding wings and googly eyes. They all did brilliantly!
Beautiful blooms
Two of our wonderful ladies thoroughly enjoyed spending time doing some flower arranging last week too. They spent time sorting through the individual blooms which included roses and gerbera, to create their beautiful displays. What a gorgeous splash of colour.
Hydration trolley
Our hydration trolley boasted slushy cocktails and tropical milkshakes last week! Our residents loved the cool and tasty refreshments.
We also had our resident pianist Doris playing a few songs on the piano in our lounge. She really enjoyed herself and there was lots of laughter, with the added bonus of some singing too!
