On Tuesday 5 September we spent time with our residents at Silverpoint Court Residential Care Home completing a satisfaction survey, as it’s important for us to know how we are doing and where we can improve or develop our services.
Questions asked included whether our residents felt happy, safe and supported by staff, also whether they were making new friends and enjoying activities.
It was a very interesting process and it brought back lots of memories for our ladies and gents as we discussed the survey, with some useful and interesting answers.
