Moving and grooving!
On Thursday 27 July we held one of our popular exercise sessions at Silverpoint Court Residential Care Home when we were grooving to the music with our residents!
We had a good laugh being ‘under the sea‘, making starfish hands and wiggling our feet and legs in time to the music and singing along.
We also sang songs that we’d sung to our children and we put them on our television with the words displayed so everyone could join in – a lovely bit of reminiscing.
Netball
On Friday we played some netball in our lounge. It was challenging and very loud, with our residents clapping and cheering whenever a goal was scored! Great fun with smiles all around.
