On Friday 14 August our residents at Silverpoint Court Residential Care Home made some wonderful leaving cards, and put together photos and messages in a special book, for our Senior Carer who has worked in our Home for 22 years.
We would all like to say a massive thank you to Hilary for all her hard work and dedication.
Our residents are very sad to see her go, but wish her all the luck in the world and lots of love for the future.
