Chocolate heaven
It was World Chocolate Day on Friday 7 July (one of the sweetest days of the year!) and we were excited to celebrate it here at Silverpoint Court Residential Care Home.
We served marshmallows and fresh fruit with a yummy coating of chocolate on them, which delighted our residents. Delicious!
Pastimes
Our residents also enjoyed doing lots of painting last week, as well as singing along to music, with lots of song requests!
We held a baby reminiscence session too, when we changed our baby doll’s clothes and talked about nappy changing and how things have changed including washing, buggies and schools. A very good day was had, sharing our memories.
