Our Silverpoint Court Residential Care Home residents have been enjoying our Nellsar cruise to Japanese this week.
We’ve been tasting some traditional Japanese cuisine including vegetarian sushi, with chopsticks. It was great to see everyone sampling the interesting textures and flavours.
Our ladies and gents have also been listening to some Japanese music and took part in a quiz to test their knowledge of the country.
Our whole week has been both enjoyable and educational as we immersed ourselves in Japanese culture.
