On Sunday we pumped up the calypso music again here at Silverpoint Court Residential Care Home, as our residents enjoyed Zumba classes on both floors, with everyone moving to the rhythm, even our Tony! Such a great way to have fun and keep fit.
In the afternoon, everyone joined in for six games of bingo with prizes galore!
