It’s very important for us all to keep our joints supple and our ladies and gents here at Silverpoint Court Residential Care Home have been doing just that.
Our Recreation and Well-Being staff member Julie hosted a lively chair based exercise class this week and everyone had a great time! We also incorporated a few hand exercises and sang ‘Gilly’ by Max Bygreaves – everyone knew the words.
We sang a few songs from Jungle Book, and to end with, the ‘Big Fish Little Fish Cardboard Box’ song and actions. Adrienne said it was “Amazing!” and asked me to do it all again.
